After reminder letters have been printed, this risk management feature creates a list of those patients who have been reminded the maximum* number
of times for specific items. This list automates the process of indicating the patient has not responded to the clinic's reminders.
(*The Maximum number of reminders to be sent for each Health Maintenance Recommendation is set by the clinic.)
This selection generates a list of appointments for a given day, physician or patient for printing Patient Encounter Worksheets (PEW).
The PEW places relevant patient information and reminders at the provider's fingertips during the patient's visit, and serves as a communication tool,
about the visit or the patient, between the provider and QCP Coordinator. At the patient's first visit, a Health Risk Factor Questionnaire is also printed.
This questionnaire is a prompt and tool for acquiring the patient's personal and family health history and relating that information to the QCP Coordinator.
This is the information that will drive the recommendations for the patient.
Through this selection, patient Reminder Letters, Follow Up Letters, and Miscellaneous Letters can be generated and printed.
The Reports Menu provides access to all of the reports that are built into QCP. Also, an ad hoc reporting program for building additional reports is included with QCP.
The Master Files are the tables where all Health Risk Factors, Health Maintenance Recommendations, Immunizations, Letter Paragraphs, etc. are stored.
The Systems Maintenance Menu provides access to administrative functions that allow QCP to check itself and run smoothly.
