The Patient Registration screen allows the user to enter demographic and arrival information for a patient.
From the Patient List screen:
if the Register New Patient button was clicked, the fields in this screen will be blank.
if the Change Registration button was clicked, then the fields will contain information on the patient selected.
if the Discharge New Patient button was clicked, a Quick Registration screen (below) will appear.
The Quick Registration option is designed to speed up the discharge process for new patients. This screen allows the user to enter just the basic registration
information and then automatically takes the user to a Discharge screen for the new patient.
